Warren Rustand

Warren S. Rustand is an entrepreneur, educator and public servant, having served as the appointments secretary to President Gerald Ford during Rustand's time as a White House Scholar.

He is past chairman of the World Presidents' Organisation (WPO aka YPO Gold), Dean of Learning on the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) MIT Birthing of Giants Program, and Dean of the EO Leadership Academy. He has served as CEO or Chairman of 17 companies and on the Board of Directors for 50 public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Mr. Rustand is a regular speaker on the subject of Leadership.

Mr. Rustand is the creator of the seminar "Public Policy and the Private Sector.", running annually since 1988. The seminar invites CEOs to meet with the highest-level people in government, media and lobbying, which enables them to better understand current issues, public policy and how the private sector can better engage in this process.

He currently serves as the international chairman of L3, a global leadership group focused on one’s contribution during the second half of life.

Praveen Varshnav

Praveen has been a driving force in the Vancouver business world. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 1987. Following that, he was with KPMG from 1987 to 1991 where he obtained his C.A. designation in 1990. He is a long time member and past President of the Vancouver chapter of The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and a founding director of the Vancouver chapter of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE). Mr. Varshney was a 12 year member of the Sauder School of Business Faculty Advisory Board, a former Director of The Vancouver Board of Trade, and a past recipient of Business in Vancouver’s 40 Under 40 Awards. He is also a director of the Varshney Family Charitable Foundation, a SVP Vancouver Partner, and a Director of OneProsper.org. and a Founding Member of instrumentbeyondborders.org. He’s also on the Advisory boards of Room to Read – Vancouver, Heart & Stroke Foundation – BC Yukon and The Thomas Edison Innovation Foundation in New Jersey, USA.
